This year's theme is/was suggested and decided by the youth in committed sections.  

February 8-14: Submit a theme idea. Consult your youth!  Only 1 theme suggestion per section.

February 15-21: Voting on submitted themes.  One vote per section.

February 22-March 7: Crest Design contest. Designs should incorporate the theme: Greek Mythology

March 8-14: Voting on submitted crest designs.

~March 15: Crest announcement!
